Thurston Hedgehog Survey

We need your help with our village Hedgehog survey. The Thurston Hedgehogs Facebook group are concerned about the number of Hedgehogs that are unfortunately being killed on the roads in Thurston. By entering sightings of Hedgehogs both alive and dead we can see where most of the hedgehogs are and where the casualty hot spots are in the village. This will help us and the Parish Council in building a case for some Hedgehog warning signage in our village.

To add a sighting to this map please use the ' Survey Report Form' on the navigation bar above.

Hedgehogs are an endangered species and we are lucky to have a good population in Thurston and we would like to preserve that population. If you would like to get more involved in helping our Thurston hedgehogs then please join our 'Thurston Hedgehogs' Facebook group www.facebook.com/groups/thurstonhedgehogs

If you click on a marker on the map a small window will pop up with more information on the sighting.
