Playing and downloading video clips from IP cameras

Since putting these IP cameras into our garden it has been a bit of a learning curve as to how to playback and download the video clips so that we can share them on this website.

Currently the video clips are stored on micro SD cards on the IP cameras. To view and review the video images we use a variety of devices. I use my android phone, Frank uses her ipad but we but we don't use these devices to download the video clips although you can if you wanted to make a quick share to someone. On the PC I use Hikvision's IVMS-4200 to playback and download from the Hikvision cameras and Reolink client to playback and download from the Reolink IP Camera.

I thought that some people might find these videos below useful as it explains how to playback and down video clips and some of the problems that I have found when downloading video clips e.g. the 'Download Exception error' when using Hikvision's IVMS-4200 and how I managed to get around it.
